Lisa is the founder of The Ideal Pastry, a boutique culinary business dedicated to creating the ultimate Afternoon Tea experience with exceptional flavor and artistry. Trained at the International Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute and the Culinary Institute of America, Lisa was formerly responsible for Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale under Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos-Taleno. She also specializes in homemade pasta, fine pastries and handcrafted chocolate bonbons. Her work blends classical technique with creative design, resulting in culinary delicacies that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
